Eligibility and requirements
In order to be eligible, the candidate must:
- be the primary author of a paper accepted for presentation at ECC25
- be a student (PhD, Master or Bachelor student) registered at an academic institution (at the time of submission)
- present the paper at the conference
Application procedure
Nominations opened on 01 April 2025. To apply, nominators must upload the nomination application to PaperCept, on a letterhead of the nominator. The letter should also include a declaration that the nominee was enrolled as a student at the date of the paper submission. Each nominator can make an application for only one student. The nomination deadline was 17 April 2025.

The Award Committee for the 2025 Best Student Paper Award was chaired by Prof. Elias Kosmatopoulos (Democritus University of Thrace).
