ECC 2025 will be held in person on June 24-27, with workshops taking place on June 24. All presentations will be oral presentations using slides.

Presentations are allotted a maximum of 17-18 minutes for the talk and the remaining time for questions from the audience, with a total time slot of 20 minutes.
All lecture rooms will have basic equipment projector, laptop, screen and the recommended aspect ratio is 16:9.

Presenters are kindly requested to preload their presentations onto the conference laptops using a USB stick. This must be done prior to their scheduled talk, during the breaks, at the designated presentation hall.

Please note that the use of personal laptops during presentations is not permitted.

Note: Workshops, Plenary and Semi-Plenary Sessions will be recorded.

Upon arrival at the presentation room presenters should introduce themselves to the Session Chair/Co-chair and check that everything is working properly, at least 10 minutes before the start of your session. A volunteer has been assigned to each room to help in case you experience any problems.
